FREQuently asked questions

What time does the conference start?

A: Unified Conference is a one day conference that will begin at 9AM and last until 3PM. The doors will open at 8:30AM.

I’ve been to the conference in previous years, can I come again this year?

A: We love hosting ladies from all over the area, but for this year we feel it is wisest to limit in-person seating, and so we are reserving seats for those who attend Cross Point and their guests. Talk to your local church pastor/women’s director for the option of attending the conference online at your own church.

What is my ticket into the conference?

A: Your ticket into the conference will be a personalized lanyard that will be sent to you. You will receive your lanyard in the mail before the conference to wear on-site when you arrive.

What all does my registration cost cover?

A: If you register for Unified, your registration includes

  • admission to all sessions
  • two meals (breakfast and lunch)
  • free gift at the door

What will we have for lunch?

A: We'll be providing boxed lunches from Town Square. When you register, you'll be able to pick between Turkey & Cheese Sandwich, Ham & Cheese Sandwich, or Greek Salad w/ Chicken. All lunches come with chips and a cookie.

Is there a refund policy?

A: Unfortunately we will not be able to provide refunds.

In the event we are unable to meet in person for this conference due to unforeseen circumstances due to COVID-19 regulations, Cross Point Church will not be able to refund the cost of registration. However, the conference will transition to virtual only and you will receive details on how to join the conference online.

Will there be special conference merchandise to purchase?

A: Yes! We love our conference merch! There will be a variety of apparel items and fun accessories to purchase with a range from $5-$30. So come prepared to grab you and a friend a gift!

Is there childcare available?

A: Yes! Childcare is $15 per child (includes 2 meals, snacks, and fun activities).

*be sure to include them in your registration form as any unregistered child can not attend with a parent

Can I bring my baby with me?

A: Your baby is welcome at Unified 2021! Our nursing mothers room will be open throughout the conference where you and your baby (newborn-one year) can sit back, relax, and share the conference sessions on screen with other mommies!

What should I wear?

A: No matter who you are or where you’ve been, you are welcome at Unified Conference. We dress casual, so come as you are and experience what God has for you in a comfortable and inviting environment

Will I need to wear a mask?

A: At this time the City of Paola still has an ordinance in place requiring people to wear masks if they are within 6 ft of others while in public spaces. Because you’ll be sitting at tables with other ladies nearby, masks should be worn at all times, except when eating. If you would like to step outside during the breaks to remove your mask you are welcome to do that.

What if I need special assistance?

A: Our team is available to help any woman who is mobility impaired, hearing impaired or who needs special assistance. Please contact the Office by calling 913-294-2429 or by emailing
